Webamatic provides AI search visibility audits, competitor benchmarking, website and content recommendations, trust-signal improvements, reporting, and related marketing services for local businesses. Specific deliverables may vary by product, subscription, or written agreement.

Our services are designed to improve the clarity, completeness, and trustworthiness of your online business information. We do not control AI assistants, search engines, directories, review platforms, or third-party websites.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We do not promise or guarantee that your business will be named, ranked, recommended, displayed, indexed, or included by any AI assistant, search engine, map platform, or other third-party service. We also do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, sales, impressions, rankings, or revenue.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services.

You are responsible for the business information, content, credentials, images, reviews, claims, permissions, and approvals you provide to us. You must have the right to use and share any materials you submit.

5. Accounts and Access

Some services require an account or client portal access. You are responsible for keeping your email account and sign-in links secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may use in the future. Prices, taxes, and billing terms are shown at checkout or in the applicable order flow.

For one-time AI Visibility Check purchases, sales are generally final once work has begun. If you contact us before work begins, we may review refund requests case by case. Subscription services, if purchased, continue until canceled according to the billing terms shown at checkout or in your billing portal.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may reference or rely on third-party platforms such as payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, AI assistants, search engines, directories, review platforms, and customer relationship tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, outages, data, rankings, or decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our website, software, templates, processes, methods, reports, know-how, and other materials we create, except for materials you provide to us. Subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited right to use final reports and deliverables for your internal business purposes.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse our services, interfere with our systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, use the services to mislead consumers, or ask us to publish inaccurate claims about your business.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webamatic, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webamatic, Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your business information, materials you provide, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
